|As to make the process run smoother, we will need the following information:

|After the we discuss the previous two steps, the search begins. I will send 'Set-Up' sheets which contain information rentals that fit your criteria. These include photos, maps, price, pet policy and any information that is to important to the rental.

||Acceptance - Congrats!
|After selecting what places you would like to view, I will set up appointments to view the units. We will work around your schedule and do whatever is the most easy and convenient for you.
||After selecting your future home, we must submit an application. We will put your offer together in a presentable manner to get a leg up on the competition in the fierce rental market.
||After all parties agree on the terms of the lease, your new home awaits you. Call and switch your utilities, book the moving truck and grab your keys..it is time to move in!
Due to past representation of both landlords and tenants, I understand what everyone is looking to achieve in the transaction. This combined with my local knowledge of current rental prices and ranges, and you will have someone who is looking out for your best interests and knows when we stumble upon a great deal.
